Terms and Conditions

 

Non-Perishable Items

Except for food or other perishable items, we accept the return of any product within the first thirty (30) days of the date the order was placed and only if the product is unopened and unused. Any returns may be subject to a 10% restock fee at our sole discretion. Refunds will be provided upon physical receipt of the returned product. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the Supplier is found to have shipped the incorrect, or an expired item. All product returns are to be shipped to:

Perishable Items

Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact our customer services at contactus@ALifeGlutenFree.com for return and refund instructions.

 

Cancelled Orders

Where an order is placed and then cancelled any time after 12 noon PST the following day of order placement then an order cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total product price may be applied. Where an item has already been shipped and is then cancelled then our Supplier will levy a 10% cancellation fee plus all shipping costs incurred by them in shipping and then returning the item to its warehouse.

 

Please contact us at contactus@alifeglutenfree.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

 

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

 

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to the address above and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.
